Cliff's Notes on Our Cabernet Franc 2025

This is a very young wine, full of berries. 

The Cabernet Franc will give you the sensation of tasting cherries and plums throughout the wine. 

This vintage has lovely fine tannins that dry the inside of your cheeks. We call that grip on a wine meaning it will leave a smooth taste. I love a wine that lingers and I think the Cabernet Franc is a really good example of that because it's quite soft compared to its cousin the Cabernet Sauvignon.

I'd recommend drinking a wine like this with pasta, with a rich tomato-based sauce with some spices or chorizo flavour.
