Delivery Areas
We currently ship within Australia only.
Delivery Fees
- Free delivery within Victoria for Wine Club members.
- Standard delivery rates apply for non-members and interstate orders.
  - Free within Bendigo
  - $20 in Victoria
  - $40 Interstate
- A flat $20 fee applies for interstate Wine Club deliveries.
Delivery Times
Orders are generally dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment being received. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier services.
Age Requirement
By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Proof of age may be requested upon delivery.
Delivery Method
We use reputable courier and postal services to ensure safe delivery. Someone over the age of 18 must be available to accept and sign for deliveries containing alcohol.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your wine arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will happily arrange a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
As wine is a perishable product, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.
Corked or Faulty Wine
If you believe your wine is faulty (e.g. cork taint), please contact us with details. We may request that you return the bottle (with the wine still inside) so we can investigate. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or refund.
Wine Club Deliveries
Wine Club packs are curated and delivered twice a year (May and November). If you wish to adjust your selection, please contact us before billing occurs. Once dispatched, no changes can be made.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Please email us at burntacrebendigo@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos (if applicable). Our team will respond within 2 business days.
