Head Chef Luke has created a specially crafted four-course dinner, with every course thoughtfully paired with a selection of Bendigo Shiraz from Burnt Acre Vineyard and Connor Park Winery.
Across the evening, seven wines will be showcased, giving you the chance to experience the different styles and character of Bendigo Shiraz.
You’ll also hear directly from vignerons Cliff and Robyn, who will share the stories behind the wines, what goes into producing them and the highs and lows of running a boutique winery.
